Robert B. Skoda

President & Co-Founder

As President of KOACORE, Bobby focuses on building and nurturing his professional relationships as well as developing the overall strategy for the business and facilitating its growth.

Previously, Bobby served as COO for Legacy's Energy Efficient Lighting Manufacturing Division where he led a multinational team responsible for vetting manufacturing facilities throughout Asia. Additionally, he was directly involved in all aspects of their lighting manufacturing supply chain, including sourcing and securing raw materials, quality control and inspections, logistics and freight forwarding.

Along with other Legacy partners, Bobby also founded Interactive Organics where he improved on his experience in business development, market expansion and networking. The company developed and implemented intellectual property strategies around consumer products, mainly focusing on licensing and distribution; during his time with the company, Bobby evaluated and negotiated investment opportunities across numerous industries.

Bobby is a distinguished graduate of Fordham University and the Gabelli School of Business where he studied Accounting and Marketing. He currently splits his time between Dallas, TX and Golden, CO.

Theodore P. Raskin

CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO of KOACORE, Teddy brings a wealth of knowledge from various experiences in consultancy, analytics, and relationship management. He leverages his creative and cross-functional successes, extensive professional network and keen understanding of evolving market dynamics to lead the business.

Previous, as Global Head of Live Entertainment for Dibit, Teddy developed partnerships with inventory rights holders to devise and deploy pricing strategies for global entertainment clients, as well as overseeing P&L, segment growth strategy, and go-to-market implementation.

Prior, he was a part of the Segment Performance team at Ticketmaster where he focused on optimizing top-line growth and bottom-line margins for the Resale division of the company, which was the largest driver of company profit.

Teddy's philanthropic efforts include founding and producing Lights On The Lawn, a Nashville-based concert benefit series that supports local charities in partnership with Live Nation, RedBull and SAP. To date, LOTL has raised over $600,000 and been attended by over 25,000 people. He also sat on the Board of The Mary Parrish Center for the maximum allowance of 8 years, improving living conditions for survivors of sexual and domestic violence, where he remains deeply involved.

Teddy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Entrepreneurship from Vanderbilt University. He currently splits his time between Manhattan and Golden, CO.

Daniel W. Morgan

Head of Sales & Operations

As Head of Sales & Operations, Danny is responsible for managing KOACORE’s consulting team and day-to-day company operations, as well as overseeing the organization's end-to-end technology stack.

On the sales side, Danny focuses on identifying, developing, and managing strategic growth opportunities to expand KOACORE’s customer base and revenue streams across all verticals. Operationally, Danny is tasked with optimizing efficiencies by way of software implementations, back-end task management, and continued professional development within the KOACORE team.

Previously, at both Fetcher and Stack Overflow, Danny assisted leadership teams in the technology space by implementing software solutions and processes to effectively scale their organizations. In collaboration with a distributed cross-functional team, Danny built and maintained a global customer base through analysis of personnel needs and development of customized growth campaigns.

Danny is a graduate of the University of Denver, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. He currently resides in Golden, CO.
